David Maschino formed Lighthouse Advisors in March 2008.  David brings over 20 years of business valuation and corporate financial advisory skills to the firm.  Lighthouse specializes in business valuations, litigation support, financial advisory services for business transactions, and strategic planning.

Lighthouse Advisors will issue opinions of value and furnish corporate financial advisory services in support of tax filings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate shareholder disputes, reorganizations, recapitalizations, liquidations, marital property divisions, joint ventures, asset and equity sales, and litigation matters. David has testified as expert witnesses on business valuation matters in federal, and local court jurisdictions. David has served as an officer of numerous professional organizations and has served as the past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, and the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council, and Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal.

Lighthouse Advisors’ experience includes business start-ups to mature closely-held business interests requiring a formal opinion of value and appropriate report. Appraisal subjects have included general and limited partnership interests, voting and non-voting common shares, stock options and other synthetic equity, preferred securities, licenses, contracts and intangible assets.
